The Edenfield Centre provides secure treatment for men and women in Greater Manchester. The unit is situated on the Prestwich site. Our service provides individualised care and treatment for people with enduring mental health needs. A wide range of treatment is available including psychological and other therapeutic interventions and our clinical teams work collaboratively with the service user towards their recovery and discharge.
Service users have access to a wide range of activities to support their recovery and our on site facilities include a fully equipped gym, a large sports hall, workshop and classroom environments. As service users make progress, we work alongside them to enable them to access community facilities as part of their recovery and in preparation for discharge. Carers information packs are available and carers events take place throughout the year.
