Dbgt how does baby die

Kanzenshuu Skip to content. I don't get the villain Baby DBGT Discussion regarding the entirety of the franchise in a general meta sense, including such aspects as: production, trends, merchandise, fan culture, and more. I understand his anger and hatred, but the guy is willing to kill his own tuffle people possessed characters just for interfering in his fight with Goku.

I thought this guy is supposed to care about them. Shouldn't Baby's character be similar to Magneto instead of being this evil mustache twirling villain? He hate the saiyans for killing his people, but would probably sacrifice his "friends" and "queen". So, how does he do that? Create new Tuffle planet Thing is, all these "characterizations" are thrown outta window, da moment he becomes Oozaru Baby The guy despised Saiyans. Cuz Baby openly stated Baby as parasite has no change as it was only Vegeta who became Oozaru.

So, there you go! Re: I don't get the villain Baby DBGT Post by successoroffate » Thu Dec 24, pm Trust me, his people are probably happy to die or get killed by the hands of its master, specially if they're helping in some shape or form. I'm sure some comic book afficionado can think of some book where Magneto tried or did make a human into a mutant, not my point.

Magneto's story is he was discriminated against since birth because of his race, be it Jewish or mutant. Baby's a parasite, that's the big difference to me. And he's still not mustache twirly. His not evil for the sake of being evil. The objects of his hatred are the Saiyans. He doesn't destroy stuff to destroy things. Absent the Saiyans, he doesn't go on any rampage. The biggest truths aren't original. His deep connections to the Saiyans in conjunction with him possessing Vegeta make him quite a memorable villain.

To say nothing of the fact Baby turns into a Golden Oozaru and Goku needs to trigger Super Saiyan 4 just to have a chance at defeating him. The fight between SSJ4 Goku and Baby Vegeta is surprisingly even, with the former unable to fully overwhelm his opponent. In the end, however, Goku manages to land a Kamehameha into Baby, firing his spaceship into the sun and killing him once and for all. While Dragon Ball GT is hardly worth watching, it does hit a brief sweet spot during the Baby arc where things are at least moving along in an engaging enough manner.

Goku ends up draining all of his energy in the process, stranding himself on the Earth. Rather than letting him die, Piccolo gives up his life so Goku can survive. In a surprisingly tender scene that really captures the depth of their relationship, Piccolo says a tender goodbye to Gohan before passing on.

Krillin sure gets put through the ringer a lot over the course of the original anime continuity. He is the only character across all three anime to have a death tied to a major moment.

Really, all Krillin dying at the start of this arc does is remove him from the rest of Dragon Ball GT. If nothing else, his death does result in a beautiful reunion in the final episode where the two Turtle School students spar one last time before Muten Roshi. They begin fighting again, with the Saiyans and Pan giving sideline commentary.

The two appear to be evenly-matched. Baby Vegeta decides to fire a bunch of energy waves at Goku, but all of the waves are pushed away from Goku by his energy, causing magma to rise to the surface on parts of Planet Plant.

Baby Vegeta refuses to accept defeat and decides to resort to his ultimate attack, the Revenge Death Ball Final , not caring if it destroys Planet Plant in the process. Everyone watches as Goku takes the attack head-on. Baby Vegeta declares that Goku has no chance of defeating him now, as he's changed the technique to absorb Goku. Goku, thinking of his friends and family, refuses to give up, so he powers up and causes the Revenge Death Ball Final to turn into a cyclone of energy that Goku absorbs into himself.

Goku then uses this newfound energy to become even stronger, and he launches a powerful 10x Kamehameha at Baby Vegeta.

The 10x Kamehameha hits Baby Vegeta head-on and sends him crashing to the ground, knocking him out cold. Goku then severs Baby Vegeta's tail with an energy blast. Baby realizes that he's lost, so he abandons Vegeta 's body and decides to flee Planet Plant so that he can remain alive, vowing that the Z-Fighters haven't seen the last of him.

Baby takes a giant spaceship and flees into outer space, but Goku launches a 10x Kamehameha at Baby's ship and sends him hurtling straight into the Sun , ending the Tuffle menace once and for all. However, they also find out some bad news. Immediately after Goku, Pan and Trunks brought the Black Star Dragon Balls back, Baby Vegeta made a wish to them when the one-year time limit was not up, which, after Pan calculates with the information given to her, means that the Earth is due to explode in two weeks' time.
